Jody offers several different fitness classes to whip you into shape:
JODY BOOTY CLASS
Attacking glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps until they scream “UNCLE!” using various tools such as bands, kettlebells and body weight movements. All levels welcome
Major assault on your cardio vascular system and annoying fat cells. Using balls, ropes, bands and much more. 30 Minutes Hiit* and 15 minutes core
Short and sweaty *Hiit workout bright and early. Come on an empty stomach and burn more calories!
HERE TO PUMP YOU UP
Upper-body kettlebell class* Working your entire upper-body Suns out Guns out.
HEAD, SHOULDERS, KNEES, & TOES
Full Kettlebell class. You will be worked from head to toe.
*Hiit (High Intensity Interval Training): - Cardiovascular training that involves short periods of intense anaerobic with short recovery periods.
*Kettlebells:I suggest but don’t require having a private or small group session with me to learn basic kettlebell movements before taking class. I will not let you do certain movements in the class and will improvise if you aren’t properly trained so that no injury occurs.
